Kirin Manufacturing specializes in custom metal fabrication.

Kirin operates several shears that can handle up to a 10′ material width. These machines are also capable of cleanly cutting a maximum thickness of 1/4″ carbon and 3/16″ stainless steel.

Our CNC controlled laser/punch can cut and/or punch nearly any shape or size into the desired material. Our traditional punch presses make use of die sets that can punch out holes of various standard sizes and shapes. The material may be manipulated up to 60″ in width, and a maximum thickness of 3/8″ for either method.

Kirin employs hydraulic presses to form bends or angles. Dies are used to ensure that the metal takes a specific and uniform shape. Our machinery can handle materials of up to 0.005″ to 0.25″ thickness and eight-foot widths.

Kirin employ Metal Inert Gas (MIG), Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) and resistance welding.
