Kirin Manufacturing specializes in custom metal fabrication.
Kirin operates several shears that can handle up to a 10′ material width. These machines are also capable of cleanly cutting a maximum thickness of 1/4″ carbon and 3/16″ stainless steel.
Our CNC controlled laser/punch can cut and/or punch nearly any shape or size into the desired material. Our traditional punch presses make use of die sets that can punch out holes of various standard sizes and shapes. Either method can accommodate materials up tp 60" wide and up to 3/8" thick.
Kirin employs hydraulic presses to form bends or angles. Dies are used to ensure that the metal takes a specific and uniform shape. Our machinery can handle materials of up to 0.005" to 0.25″ thickness and eight-foot widths.
Kirin employ Metal Inert Gas (MIG), Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) and resistance welding.
Kirin Manufacturing fabricates lower-volume, short run, production JIT products and components. We have experience with each step of product development: prototypes; research and development; production. We have the tools, people and processes in place to produce your quality products on time, on budget and with 6 Sigma quality.
